Neil is the A/Director Digital Delivery, Digital Licence Project, Dept Transport and Main Roads. The Digital Licence Project has re-architected to event streaming based microservices to provide Queensland Licence holders with a “near real time” digital credential whilst avoiding a significant upgrade to the existing mainframe’s processing power.

With more than 30 years industry experience across government, financial services and utilities - Saul is a recognized leader on systems integration and event-driven architecture. Saul has worked with government agencies in Queensland, NSW and Victoria delivering strategies and solutions to enable digital citizen experiences and cross-agency collaboration.

Reece Denne’s main focus is helping customers build the confidence and technical capability to operate their most sensitive workloads in the AWS cloud. His focus areas are Public Sector customers, primarily transport, based in Queensland but also assists customers globally in his area of depth: Security and Compliance. He is a tenured Amazonian having worked in AWS Enterprise Support, AWS Commercial Operations and the AWS Worldwide Public Sector team in both London and Brisbane, Australia. His prior experience to Amazon included consulting in the UK and Europe and before that working for a global miner in Australia among others. His expertise areas are migrations, storage, compute, security, architecture and fostering a culture of learning.
