Im Laufe seiner Karriere hat er sich vom Engineer zum Product Manager weiterentwickelt und Erfahrung in verschiedenen Branchen auf mehreren Kontinenten gesammelt, insbesondere in den Bereichen Datenmanagement und Strategie. Er hat einen Master- und Bachelor-Abschluss in Informatik von der Universität Evora in Portugal.
