Confluent provides the event backbone and connector to Clickhouse that allows InfiniteWatch to ingest, buffer, process, replay, enrich, and route massive volumes of customer interaction events across distributed AI and operational systems. This architecture is foundational because customer interaction data has four defining characteristics: It is bursty, high-volume, correlated across systems, and valuable beyond first consumption.
