Automatic provisioning Confluent Cloud Kafka cluster

I'd like to talk about how we manage our Confluent Cloud Kafka clusters:

• How to efficiently automate provisioning new cluster in new regions, add/change service accounts, ACLs, topics to existing clusters, etc.
• How to manage API KEYs for services deployed to Kubernetes.

All that as a part of GitLab CI/CD pipelines, using open source Python ccloud client that we created.
