Before joining Confluent, Adam served as Chief Data & AI Architect for Accenture’s Global IT organization, where he designed and led the transformation of the company’s digital core, enabling it to scale into one of the largest and most advanced IT organizations in the world. His career spans engineering and executive strategy, and he’s helped lead platform transformations in finance, healthcare, energy, and professional services.

Gustavo Estrada, CEO and Chief Architect Officer of Onibex, brings over 20 years of SAP expertise and more than 10 years of experience in Kafka and Event-Driven Architecture solutions. He founded Onibex in 2015 with the vision of creating pre-packaged business solutions integrated with SAP in real time, following industry best practices. Today, Onibex’s flagship solution, One Connect, is available on the SAP Store and is part of the Connect with Confluent program. In 2024 Confluent became a strategic investor, further solidifying Onibex’s role at the forefront of SAP data modernization.
