This May, we examined API heritage through the lens of tradition and by holding space to discuss issues the community faces today. With the leadership of our Asians @ Confluent ERG, we learned about strategies for advancing API talent, explored the rich culinary traditions of the group, and celebrated with a Happy Hour at our HQ!
The AccessAbility Team ERG invited employees to come “Together as A-TEAM” to recognize Mental Health Awareness Month. The group sponsored a company-wide workshop on preventing burnout, hosted a guided meditation session, and advocated for mental health and access to care.
In June, Confluent celebrated LBTQIA+ Pride with our Queerfluent ERG. All employees were invited to participate in “come as you are” inclusive yoga, virtual parties, education, and async opportunities to bond as a community. Queerfluent also hosted our first-ever event in India - a session on inclusion, identity, and allyship.
We are proud to sponsor eight employee resource groups (ERGs) with a membership base of over 700 employees. Each ERG is designed to provide opportunities for employees to build community around shared identities, collaborate, and develop professionally. Members and allies welcome!
