This group of employees helps spread Confluent’s culture around the world, making sure that every employee feels connected to their coworkers, no matter where they live or work.
Blackfluent, our employee resource group for Black employees, helped us celebrate and learn in February. They shared member stories and posts about the history and achievements of Black Americans, and hosted a trivia event.
Our Women’s Inclusion Network (WIN) hosted a fireside chat with one of our woman board members, organized a skills development workshop, and held a storytelling series featuring women from our other employee resource groups.
Allyship is a partnership. I want people to lock arms with us and say, “I hear you. I see you. I’m here.”
We are proud to sponsor six Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), each designed to recognize and celebrate our employees’ unique identities and provide allies with the opportunity to learn.
Create a platform for Asian / Pacific Islanders and allies to grow professionally, celebrate their cultures, advocate for social impact, and build meaningful connections.
Grow and empower the Black communities within and outside of Confluent while fostering meaningful action from allies and uplifting our business strategy.
Create an inclusive and equitable space to champion all Latinx and Hispanic employees and their heritage through development opportunities, outreach, and advocacy.
Build a supportive, visible community for queer Confluenteers and allies where they will always belong and be heard.
Create a veteran-friendly workplace that empowers, supports, and builds camaraderie among veterans at Confluent and in the community.
Amplify the leadership and impact of women at Confluent through community, allyship, and development.
An accessibility ERG to support our colleagues living with disabilities and an ERG for parents and caregivers.
